Owners Drew and Alex Donalson come from an automobile dealership heritage that dates all the way back to 1946 when JD Donalson opened his first Chrysler Dealership in Silsbee, Texas. Over the last 60 years, the Donalson's have grown their business to four Franchise Dealerships in East Texas, as well as Bandera Autocenter in Bandera, Texas. As second and third generation dealers, the Donalson's have enjoyed great success by offering great products, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service.
Bandera Autocenter is located in a beautiful facility that encompasses over 26,000 square feet, and sits on a 7-acre hill overlooking the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Our customers enjoy a 10,000 square foot showroom that features stained concrete floors, faux finished interior wall treatments, and native stone exterior columns that combined, create a warm, inviting, buying atmosphere. We welcome our customers to relax in our guest lounge, or under our covered porch, enjoy a cup of coffee and take advantage of our complimentary wi-fi internet.
Because we know that great service doesn't end after the sale, we offer our customers a state of the art service department, located just across from our sales showroom. With 11,000 square feet of service area, we feature 16 service bays, full vehicle detail area, and the most up-to-date diagnostic equipment available. Our technicians are all ASE Certified,and the most highly trained in the area. Therefore, we are able to offer accurate vehicle assessments, timely repairs, and competitive rates.
